Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please review our policy below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 5-10 days of delivery to expedite a resolution.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In its original, resalable condition.
Unused and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, adhesive products like lash glue cannot be returned once opened.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps:
Contact us first: Email our Customer Care team at info@emedabeauty.com. Include your order number and reason for the return (refund, exchange, or replacement).
Pack your item: Include a note inside the package with your order number and desired resolution.
Ship it back: Send the package to our designated return address (provided by our team upon request). We strongly recommend using a track able shipping service.
4. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
Change of mind / Wrong order: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item): We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid return label.
Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Processing: Refunds are processed only after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item. This typically takes 2-3 business days.
Timing: Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Sale items: Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final.
6. Exchanges & Replacements
For the same item: We will send a replacement once we receive the defective or damaged item.
For a different item: If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, we may request the additional payment (handled on a case-by-case basis).
If a requested item is out of stock, we will offer a reasonable alternative or a refund.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
8. Important Notes
Our team processes returns Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to handle your return upon receipt.
We only accept returns shipped to our designated warehouse addresses. International returns may have specific restrictions; please contact us first.
